Hello arikel, here's my suggestion:
- green speckles (suggesting moss)
- cracks (maybe even larger parts having slid halfway down)
- conglomerate (but with more rocks in the wall)
- bottom: fallen rocks and dirt
(- small plants & vines growing on the wall)
(- top to bottom: gradually more dirt, and ...

The curved lines just look wrong and the unorganic head shape looks unnatural. Also perspective is wrong in some layers and the behaviour of the horns don't make much sense. I don't see one good thing at all in this images. Sorry.

the spit attack cycle is (the spit frames marked as S0,S1,S2): 1,S0,S1,S2,0,...
the walking cycle is: 0,1,0,1,... (another possibility would be to have no walking, only ...

should i do some thing deferent for the sleeves?(no sleeves?)

I think you can do either way (no sleeves or half-sleeves on all frames). in your last post some frames were without sleeves and some with halflength-sleeves.
another thing is that the spritesheet should be only the armor without the ...

but still I don't quite understand what you mean to use the neck to give momentum?

do you mean it should be a whole body attack like here?

one thing maybe: the red color of the lower hull is a little too saturated for my taste.. or is it like this to be recolorable? (however, I don't know what I'm talking about here.. Idk how recoloring works yet).

since kr0n05931 has "resigned." in his signature I figured I'd take this nice creature and try to finish it.
- painted left/right/up idle/attack animations
- painted over the emerge from ground animation
- added alpha channel to dust when sinking/emerging from ground
- replaced some long diagonal ...
