I was looking for a 2d mmorpg in this site: http://superdownloads.uol.com.br and found The Mana World. I saw a screenshot and I loved it! And now here I am, doing everything I can to help this game in its development.

I don't really understand anything of programming If it is that easy to code, I can try and do it, but I have to learn some basics first.

I was thinking about a statistics menu where you could see how much time you have been online playing, when you signed up, the number of all kinds of monsters you killed, the % of time you have spent in the different areas of the map, and many other miscellaneous stuff that sometimes you want to ...

Maybe when we have a private messages feature and when someone connects to the game, there could be a message in the chat box saying something like: «Only English allowed in the main chat» because you can't forbid someone to speak with their friends if they don ...

I think it would be better to give a name to all the NPC's, like Helper, Swordsman, ..., and then players would write:
Helper:Hi
...
So we would be sure to be talking to the NPC we really want to talk to.

Ok but when I use OpenGL the entire game lags and the graphs get weird, such as my character's hair, NPC's, ...

That means getting out of battle gets harder when the battle turns out to be too hard for your level. Which I think is wrong.
